Edgewater Networks Adds Seasoned Technology Executive
To Board Of Directors
Santa Clara, Calif. - February 2, 2004- Edgewater
Networks, Inc., has named David Toth, former President, CEO and founder
of NetRatings, Inc. to its Board of Directors.
David Toth led NetRatings to its position as the leading provider of
Internet audience information and analysis. As President and CEO, he
formed strategic partnerships with Nielsen Media Research and ACNielson.
Together, the three companies developed Nielsen//NetRatings, the leading
global Internet Audience Measurement service. Under David’s leadership
NetRatings went public in December of 1999. Prior to founding NetRatings
he was a Vice President at Hitachi Computer Products where he led the
Network Products Group in the development, sales and marketing of numerous
hardware and software products. David has a long track record of success
in founding, building and managing technology companies.
