Tory Teague Joins Edgewater Networks As Vice President Of Business Development

Santa Clara, Calif. – November 17, 2004 – Edgewater Networks, Inc., today announced that Tory Teague has joined the company as the Vice President of Business Development. With over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience Mr. Teague brings a proven track record of success in the Telecommunications and Voice/Video over IP markets to his role at Edgewater.

Prior to joining Edgewater Mr. Teague was at Kagoor Networks where he oversaw strategic and tier 1 carrier accounts in North America. Prior to Kagoor, he was VP of Worldwide Sales for Ridgeway Systems and Software, a pioneer in border control software for voice and video over IP. Prior to joining Ridgeway, Mr. Teague held the position of Vice President of Business Development at V-SPAN, where he led the company’s migration to IP and broadband services and forged partnerships with broadband suppliers and IP endpoint manufacturers. Mr. Teague was also the National Sales Manager for 3M's Advanced Meeting Solutions group, overseeing 3M’s nationwide sales program for collaborative products. He joined 3M having established a sales, marketing and business development track record with Tandberg/BT Visual Images where he managed distribution relationships with tier 1 carriers. Mr. Teague got his start in the telecommunications industry with MCI where he held a variety of sales, marketing and management positions.
