The adoption of SIP trunking services by enterprise customers has been hampered due to interoperability problems among technology companies and providers. Through interoperability testing and certification with EdgeMarc routers and the EdgeView VoIP Support System the Plug & Dial Alliance program will bring technology partners and providers together to simplify the deployment of SIP trunking services.
