END OF SALE & END OF SUPPORT POLICY

Edgewater Networks is committed to developing industry leading solutions and services. As the market evolves with a focus on new and emerging technology, Edgewater Networks will periodically provide End of Sale and End of Life Notices for existing products and migration information for replacement solutions. These notices will be provided with sufficient timeframes for our partners and customers to plan accordingly.

Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Edgewater Networks Technical Assistance Center (TAC).

Hardware End of Sale: Edgewater Networks will generally provide notification for the last time buy opportunity of an End of Sale product up to a year in advance. The last possible ship date will depend on manufacturing lead times.

Spare and replacement parts for hardware will be available for a period of 5 years from the last shipment date. Edgewater will provide spare and replacement parts in accordance with Edgewater Networks’ Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Policy.

Software bug fixes or security updates will generally be provided for one year from the End of Sale date.

Service prices for Edgewater Networks products are subject to change after the End of Sale date.

 

Software End of Support: Edgewater Networks will generally provide notification of an End of Support product up to a year in advance.  Software bug fixes or security updates for the End of Support will generally be available for one year after the End of Support announcement.  Technical support will be available for one year from the End of Support date.

End of Software Maintenance Release Date Last date that Edgewater Networks may release final maintenance releases and bug fixes.  After this date, Edgewater Networks will no longer develop, maintain, or test the product software. T0

 

Product Migration Options

Customers are encouraged to migrate to the recommended Edgewater Networks product.

Although every effort will be made to support End of Life products in accordance with our End of Sale Policy, Edgewater Networks reserves the right to change its Policy as it deems appropriate.
