Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
For customers that have products within the warranty period are eligible for RMA.
Equipment may be returned to Edgewater Networks only after receiving an RMA number from the Edgewater Networks Technical Assistance Center (TAC). This team will assist you in verifying your hardware error and then provide you with an RMA number to track your return.

Please be prepared to provide the Ethernet MAC address of the unit(s) to be returned, the reason(s) for the return and to perform technical problem analysis if needed. The Ethernet MAC address can be found on the label affixed to your Edgewater Networks product or by typing “ifconfig eth0” at the command prompt for your Edgewater Networks product.
Please pack your Edgewater Networks product in a suitable box with proper in-transit protection or in the original packaging material if available.
Please do not write on the outside of the box.
